Visit a Callback partner store and look for the Callback stamp dispenser. Hold your phone’s NFC reader over the dispenser to get a stamp.

As you collect more stamps, rewards will become available and can be redeemed when you check in at the respective partner store. You can also track your rewards by clicking on the partner profile icon in the app.

Partners choose rewards that they think you will enjoy. Common rewards are off-menu items, free drinks, free meals, discounts, and access to exclusive events and goods. Click on partner locations on the map to see available rewards.

Stamps and points are soulbound (non-transferable) tokens on the Polygon blockchain, exclusively owned and controlled by you. Callback creates an on-chain profile reflecting your loyalty through the stores you check into. Due to the nature of blockchain, the stamps and points you earn are publicly visible. However, personal information is not recorded on the blockchain and is entirely opt-in. We believe that democratizing check-in data is essential for brick-and-mortar stores to better understand their customers and enhance their service.

To earn a stamp, you must make a purchase at a partner store. Users attempting to collect stamps without making a purchase may face a ban.
